Shipping policy
Delivery Availability:
- Deliveries are available 7 days a week.
- Orders for Monday and Tuesday need to be placed 24 hours prior to the desired delivery date.
- Same-day delivery cut-off for Wednesday to Friday is 2 PM (unless to an office building, where the cut-off is Noon).
- Orders for Saturday and Sunday must be placed by Noon for same-day delivery.
Recipient Information:
- To ensure successful delivery, we require the recipient's full address and phone number.
- Incomplete information may result in delivery being temporarily paused until all necessary details are received.
Correct Delivery Address:
- It is crucial to provide the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, and delivery is attempted, an additional re-delivery charge may be applied.
Delivery Preferences:
- While it's our preference not to leave deliveries outside, if requested by the recipient or sender, we will comply. Please note that we won't be held liable for any quality issues or damages in such cases.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Deliveries are typically made between 9:30 am and 6 pm.
- While we strive to accommodate requested delivery times, specific time requests may incur a $30 rush fee for hotshot services.
