Returns & Replacements:
Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any flaws or damages. To initiate the return or replacement process, please send detailed pictures of the flawed or damaged item to BOPFlorals@gmail.com or text it to 403-990-9063. Please note we cannot accept returns for issues arising from improper care.
